BCA Germany Projects
We are proud to highlight the tangible impact BCA Germany has made in our community. As a purpose-driven non-profit committed to service, we have successfully executed a wide range of meaningful projects that have directly improved lives and strengthened the fabric of our community.
These accomplishments are the result of unwavering dedication and the active engagement of our members and partners.
Below are a few examples of the impactful projects we have completed in recent years, demonstrating our steadfast commitment to progress, unity, and the well-being of our community.
2013, Our Journey With the Children. A Project That Began in 2013
In 2013 BCA Germany launched a transformative initiative within its orphanage support program and opened the door to hope. Through training, guidance and genuine care, these children discovered their talents, their confidence and the belief that their future could be brighter than their past. Your support helps us continue transforming young lives when you invest in a child, you invest in an entire community’s future.
2014: Equipment for Children – 2014
In 2014, BCA Germany brought hope and dignity to the village of Bali, by providing state-of-the-art wheelchairs to children and adults who had long struggled with mobility. These individuals were carefully identified in partnership with the local community, ensuring that each wheelchair reached someone whose life would be transformed by it.
The handover ceremony, attended by village leaders and community members, was more than a formal event it was a moment of joy, relief, and renewed possibility. For many recipients, this was the first time they could move independently, participate in daily life and feel truly seen.
2020 COVID-19 Support Project
In 2020, as the world faced the uncertainty and fear of the COVID-19 pandemic, BCA Germany under the umbrella of BCA Europe stepped forward to support the community of in a time of urgent need.
This initiative was more than a health response it was a message of solidarity, compassion and shared responsibility. Together, we can continue to protect and uplift communities in times of crisis. Over a period of six months, our team helped establish and manage COVID-19 awareness stations, providing vital information and guidance to help protect families and prevent the spread of the virus. In addition, thousands of protective masks were distributed to residents, ensuring that even the most vulnerable had access to essential safety equipment.
2019 to 2023- Hospital Equipment Project
Arguably one of the most impactful initiatives of the past decade, the Hospital Equipment Project united BCA members across Europe in a shared mission to strengthen healthcare in Bali Nyonga. Launched in 2019, this long-term effort focused on identifying critical medical needs and providing hospitals with the tools required to deliver better, safer and more reliable care. After years of planning, coordination and fundraising the medical equipment was procured, shipped and successfully distributed to multiple hospitals in 2023.
2024: BCA Women celebrated Christmas with people with disability
In December 2024, the BCA Germany Women’s Group with the strong support of the BCA men organized a heartfelt Christmas celebration for individuals with disabilities in Bali Nyonga. The event was filled with warmth, compassion and festive cheer. A true reflection of the spirit of the season.
From thoughtful gifts to shared meals and joyful moments, the celebration created a welcoming space where everyone felt seen, valued and included. The smiles, laughter and gratitude expressed by the disabled left a lasting impression on everyone involved.
The experience was so moving that many of the BCA women expressed a strong desire to continue this initiative in the years to come. What began as a seasonal gesture of kindness is quickly becoming a cherished tradition of inclusion and care within our community.
2026: Easter - BCA Women are unstoppable
Last year they supported people with disabilities.
This year they stood with widows and orphans.
Different mission, same heart.
